Leadership Cowley County - Class of 2012

Seeking to have an impact on the future of the communities in our area, 15 individuals from across the county recently wrapped up 9 months of training and graduated from the 2012 Leadership Cowley County program.  Class members began meeting last September, and throughout their time together learned techniques for engaging and impacting community members, building consensus, and generating civic engagement.

Leadership Cowley County is a partnership program between the Arkansas City Chamber of Commerce, Winfield Chamber of Commerce, and the Legacy Foundation – which provides funding for the program through gifts from the Kansas Health Foundation.
